By using the services of Patriot Towing Recovery, you agree to the following terms.
Services
We provide towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle impound services in Washington State, subject to applicable state and local regulations including WAC and RCW.
SMS Messaging
Customers who initiate contact with us consent to receive SMS replies related to their service request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on service activity. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Payments and Fees
Towing, storage, and release fees are established per Washington State law. Fees accrue daily for stored vehicles.
Limitation of Liability
Patriot Towing Recovery is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, personal property left in vehicles, or delays caused by conditions outside our control.
